Women's Circle

Saturday, May 30th, 1:30 - 4PM

The first half of this event will focus on how to make your own herbal tinctures. If you want to watch, take notes and ask questions, there is not cost.

If you'd like to make 2 of the following tinctures (total of 16 oz or eight- 2oz bottles) it is $40 to cover supplies. Advanved Venmo payment needed to cover supply purchase.

IF YOU DO NOT TOLERATE ALCOHOL AND NEED VEGETABLE GLYCERINE (will expire in a year vs. vodka that preserves forever) PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Choose 2 herbs:

Fresh Milky Oats Deeply nourishing to the nervous system — restores resilience after burnout, chronic stress, or long periods of depletion.

Fresh Lemon Balm This is a cheery, feel-good, sunshiny plant! Calming and uplifting at the same time. Eases anxiety, quiets an overactive mind, and supports restful sleep. Also helps with digestion and the respiratory system.

Dry Chamomile Known for its sleep support, this is a calming, anti-inflammatory, and digestive plant that helps you unwind and ease tension at the end of the day.

Dry Astragalus A long-game immune tonic. Strengthens the body's natural defenses over time, offering protection against colds, viruses, and infection.

Hawthorn Leaf The original heart herb. Supports cardiovascular health, improves circulation, and eases the grief or heartache the body may be holding onto.

After the plant class, we will move into our outdoor sound session and sharing circle.

You are also welcome to walk our labyrinth.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on. Weather permitting, we'll gather outside under the trees.

This 2-hour class will focus on the most common herbs that assist with anxiety & mood, sleep, inflammation, teething, fever, immunity + treating cold & flu.

In the class we will:

  • Make 3 herbal tinctures to take home with you

  • Learn the foundations of tincture making

  • Understand proper dosing & use + how much is safe for children

  • Explore contraindications

  • Sacred reciprocity and the importance of giving back

  • The ethics of wildcrafting (note we won’t be identifying or harvesting during this class)


You will receive:

  • Material medica of top kitchen herbal remedies

  • A resource guide with best practices + links to free supplemental training

  • How to source herbs ethically

This class is for those looking to deepen their understanding of the medicinal properties of plants and how to use them in natural healing. You will leave knowing through the process of creating your own herbal tinctures.
